{SEVENTEEN!}

When we were in San Diego, a big day happened for Hannah.  On April 9th, she turned 17!  Her wish was to have a surf lesson for her birthday.  Sounds perfect right?  San Diego is always warm...NOT!  It was freezing when we were there.  She really had to want this to get into the really really cold water.  She had success and did great!!!

Hitting the water to learn.  Here's the best and worst part.  SHE GOT UP!!!  She surfed.  Upright.  Two feet.  Standing.  Catching the wave.  Did I catch it with the camera?  Nope, I was watching Rebekah in the ocean and missed it!!  (Well I saw it but did not have the camera ready...boohoo)  She had a blast.

Then on her actual birthday she was here, the San Diego temple...for her Uncle Steven's wedding. 

Happy Birthday Hannah!  You are growing up before our very eyes.
