- I have been sugar free for 4 straight days. For all of you out there that truly know me, you know how HUGE that is. We even went to dinner with friends last night and I did not take a single bite of that rather enormous chocolate cake! I am sort of scared that I just told the world this...hopefully I won't fall off the wagon.
- I have gotten up before the kids and exercised every day this week! I used to be so good about exercising then baby #4 came along and it all went to pot. I am turning over a new leaf. 4 days no sugar and exercising! Baby steps lead to leaps and bounds right???
I have a fridge full of healthy stuff. All sliced and ready to eat. Watch me go! (If you can't tell I am slightly pleased with myself)
Now I am going to walk outside to my backyard, sit in a lovely chair, and watch my kids play in the pool. Just sit, relax, and enjoy.

You go girl! I love sugar way too much... I do, however, run. But, I am sure I am still in more calories than out!
