Disguzztingggg!

I must admit, today I feel a bit picked on. Why do my kids act like I am torturing them when I attempt to feed them? It doesn't really matter what you serve them, they refuse to eat. You can feed them chicken nuggets from McDonald's, and they still complain! Two of my lovely children sat at the table and refused to eat anything off their dinner plates, but the roll and watermelon. Then, at 11:00 I hear crying, and they say they have "growing pains". I immediately flash to the image of what was left on their dinner plates when I cleaned the kitchen. (Mind you I was at work dad was in charge that night, but I still get to do the dishes when I get home. Lucky me.) Chicken and green beans untouched. These are super yummy fresh green beans with rotisserie chicken, and I get that reaction? I mean really it's not like I expect them to eat beets! According to Rebekah dinner is "disguzzztingggg". These are the same children that beg for salmon, shrimp, and crab...but refuse to eat chicken???? Do I need to pull out the "there are starving children in China" card?

I DON'T GET IT! And I probably never will.
