Can you guess where we were???

We had a fabulous week long vacation at Disneyland! (In case you are dense and can't tell by the Mickey Ears) Great times were had by all! I'll post some highlights and save some funny moments for later posts. Sort of spread it out...give me something to talk about.

The fun started even before we left home. Right Before we embarked on our vacation, Richard declared himself the "Soda Yoda"..."Flavor Flav has nuttin on me" he actually said those exact words...He thinks his little drinkin' device is cool....should we tell him the truth??
The weather was amazing...the lines were not. The chunky flip flops worked! Rebekah got on every ride! She LOVED the Matterhorn, Space Mountain, and "Flying" (aka Soaring over California)! She did NOT appreciate getting wet on Splash Mountain. However, we managed to talk her into going on the ride again, and she managed not to get wet. She has declared it an "ok" ride. Unlike all the other rides that got the, "Mom that was Fan-Tas-Tic" Rebekah seal of approval when each ride ended.

Hannah and Jacob "escaped" and went out and about all alone. They loved it.

Jonah was so excited to be at Disneyland he even slept in his EARS the first night...

Isn't he totally cute? Jonah finally grew enough to ride Screamin'. He LOVED it. He has the roller coaster gene like his mom.

Mandy (and her family) were kind enough to come and spend some time with us at the park. We had a blast...Here is Rebekah waiting for the parade to start with her cousins Alec and Ella. Such cute kids! We saw three parades. The best being the "Pixar Play" parade. If you have a chance to catch it...do.
We went to the beach twice...and saw Aunt Carrie too! Thanks for smiling for the picture Carrie...I appreciate it!

This is the only picture we took that has the whole family in it. We were about to board the Haunted Mansion. This was taken on Day 1. Good thing we went to it then...it broke down later in the week. BUMMER. All in all we had a great time. We ate far too much junk and nobody got "whipped off".

Life is GOOD.
