I had a very happy moment today. I wanted to shout Hallelujah, but I refrained for fear of what my fellow patrons at the gas station might think. My tank was EMPTY. I filled up the van, got 16.64 gallons of gas, and I only spent $33.93! I stood there just BEAMING as I filled up my tank. My smile just could not be wiped from my face. I was in a complete euphoric state.

Who would have thought gas would be reasonable again? Dare I say it? Will gas dip below the $2/gallon mark? Be still my heart.

I filled up for 1.93 this morning! It was a good day!
I can't believe it! I should go fill up my car...
It's under $2/gallon here in Texas as well. Good and bad for our oil-dependant town though. But my personal pocketbook is happy.
